M. L. Eslinger & Associates is a private consulting firm that specializes in Training, Education, Research and Evaluations in the Criminal Justice field.

Today, we have extended our Continuing Education Services to include the private sector as well. These specialized courses are also certified through the State Bar and the Board of Social Services.

Access to a large pool of instructors whose skill sets vary widely allows us to provide customized training sessions in any setting.

Marvin L. Eslinger founded the company over 25 years ago. His career highlights included:

• 14 years in both Juvenile and Adult Probation departments in San Joaquin and Sacramento counties.
• 4 years as Instructor and Director of Yuba College's Nationally acclaimed Correctional Science Program, for which he received the US Department of Education Merit Award.
• 4 years as Project Coordinator and Interim Director of the Training and Education System for American Justice Institute.
• 3 years as Project Director for the Foundation for Continuing Education in Corrections. This project lead to the creation and funding of a statewide Commission for Training of Probation Officers and Law Enforcement Custody personnel.
